Frequently Asked Questions

Is Regimens a medical app?

No — Regimens is a working tool for personal pharmacology, not a medical device or clinical service. It helps you understand and organize what you take, and surfaces research-backed information about interactions and efficacy. Always consult your doctor and healthcare team before making changes to your regimen.

What can I track with Regimens?

Anything you consume — prescription medications, OTC drugs, supplements, herbs and botanicals, peptides, longevity compounds, recreational substances, and food and drink. If it goes in your body, it belongs in your regimen.

What’s the difference between My Regimen and My Intake Log?

Your regimen (My Regimen) is your permanent baseline — every entry you consume regularly, organized into stacks. My Intake Log is your live daily record — check off each entry as you take it, add anything extra, and run a daily analysis based on what you actually consumed. They’re separate — skipping something in My Intake Log doesn’t remove it from your regimen.

How does the interaction analysis work?

Regimens AI draws on a curated corpus of peer-reviewed pharmacology literature, FDA drug databases, NIH Dietary Reference Intakes, and clinical interaction databases to analyze your full stack as a system. It surfaces known and emerging interactions, timing conflicts, nutrient depletions, and redundancies across every entry you’ve added. Each finding carries an evidence tier label indicating the strength of evidence behind it.

How does Regimens rate interactions and evidence?

Regimens uses three severity scales depending on the finding: interactions between compounds (DANGER, CAUTION, MINOR, SYNERGISTIC, NEUTRAL), per-compound warnings (HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW), and the synthesis top-concerns surface (the union of those scales). Benefits, side effects, and mechanisms each carry an evidence tier label — T1, T1.5, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T0, or NONE — indicating the strength of evidence behind the finding (T1 is the strongest; NONE means the curated corpus doesn’t support the claim and Regimens AI says so rather than filling the gap). Allergen alerts distinguish between IgE true allergies (immediate immune response) and IgG sensitivities (delayed inflammatory response). See the full severity scales and the nine-tier evidence breakdown in the Analysis Guide, or how the tier signal works on the Sources page.

Can Regimens track how I feel over time?

Yes — the daily wellness check-in lets you log six wellness categories — Energy & mitochondrial (energy), Gut & digestion (gut), Sleep & recovery (sleep), Mood & relaxation (mood), Cognition & focus (cognition), and Hepatic & detoxification (liver) — each morning and evening. Over time, Regimens surfaces correlations between your stack and how you actually feel — not just what the research predicts. If your energy is consistently low on days you take a certain entry, Regimens will flag it. Your wellness log also feeds into the Ask Regimens chat, so you can ask questions like “Why have I been so tired this week?” and get answers grounded in your actual logged data.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your regimen data is stored securely and is never sold or shared. Regimens is a tool for you — not a data product.

How is this different from just Googling my supplements?

Google gives you information about individual compounds in isolation. Regimens analyzes your entire stack as a system — surfacing how your specific combination of medications, supplements, and foods interact with each other, not just what each one does alone.

Can I share my regimen with my doctor and healthcare team?

Yes — Regimens generates a clean, exportable PDF of your full regimen including entries, doses, timing, and interaction analysis. You can bring it to any appointment and hand it directly to your doctor and healthcare team. Most healthcare teams only see your prescriptions. Now they can see the full picture.

How much does it cost?

Regimens has three parts. The free teaser analyzes a single stack so you can see how the analysis reads — it isn’t exportable. The full report, Regimens, is a one-time $89 purchase: your entire regimen analyzed as one system, with an exportable PDF you keep.

Regimens+ is an optional subscription — $19/month or $179/year — that continues the analysis as your stack changes, with a weekly re-analysis. Active subscribers can run an additional on-demand report at $49 when they need one sooner. The subscription is always an add-on to the $89 report, never sold on its own.
