Founder’s Note

Why I Built Regimens

Modern wellness has become fragmented.

People track prescriptions in one place, supplements in another, lab work somewhere else, and the rest — herbs, peptides, caffeine, alcohol, nootropics, recreational substances, fasting, nutrition — largely through memory and intuition. Yet these variables don’t exist independently inside the body. They interact continuously.

That disconnect fascinated me long before I began building Regimens.

Through years spent immersed in wellness culture, plant medicine, consumer behavior, and the growing world of self-optimization, I noticed the same pattern repeatedly: intelligent, health-conscious people were making decisions with incomplete visibility into what their full regimen was actually doing as a system.

Not because they weren’t trying. Because the tools never reflected reality.

Most platforms analyze one category at a time. Medicine. Supplements. Nutrition. Fitness. Sleep. But human biology doesn’t separate itself that neatly. A prescription may influence nutrient status. A supplement may alter metabolism. Food changes absorption. Stimulants affect recovery.

Seemingly small daily choices can compound in ways most people — and often their tools — never fully see.

I built Regimens to approach wellness differently, as a working tool for personal pharmacology — not as another wellness tracker. The goal was never to create yet another category entry. It was to build a clearer framework for understanding cumulative interaction, behavioral patterns, and the complexity of modern regimens in a way that feels both rigorous and accessible.

This is not about fear. And it’s not about perfection.

It’s about awareness.

Because many people today are effectively practicing a form of self-directed polypharmacy — combining pharmaceuticals, supplements, herbs, peptides, functional foods, stimulants, and recreational substances without a comprehensive way to evaluate the overlap between them.

That reality is already here. Regimens was built in response to it.

I built Regimens for the intellectually curious person who wants a more complete picture of what they’re actually putting into their body and how those choices may interact over time. Not just individually, but collectively.

Regimens does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or professional judgment. It is a tool designed to support deeper visibility, better questions, and more informed conversations between individuals and their healthcare providers.

I built Regimens because I believe this layer of understanding is missing.

And because this kind of clarity will only matter more.
