What We Collect

When you create an account and use Regimens, we collect: your email address, the entries you add to your regimen, timing and dosage information you enter, analysis results generated from your stack, allergen profile preferences, daily wellness check-in scores, symptom selections, optional wellness notes, and usage data such as pages visited and features used. When you purchase a report or subscription, payment is processed securely by Stripe — we don’t store your card details.

Health and Wellness Data

You may voluntarily enter sensitive health-related information including: prescription medications and dosages, over-the-counter medications, dietary supplements and herbs, recreational substances, food and drink consumption, allergen and sensitivity profiles, biological sex and date of birth, daily wellness ratings across six outcome-mapped categories (energy, gut, sleep, mood, cognition, hepatic), associated markers, and personal notes. This information is provided voluntarily by you for your own personal use. You control what you enter and can delete it at any time.

How Your Health Data Is Used

Your health and wellness data is used exclusively to power your personal Regimens analysis and experience:

Your health data is never sold, never shared with third parties for advertising, never used to train AI models, and never disclosed to employers, insurers, or government agencies except as required by law.

We have selected services with strong data protection commitments. We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics platforms that share data with third parties.

Not a HIPAA Covered Service

Regimens is a working tool for personal pharmacology, not a healthcare provider or medical records system. We are not subject to HIPAA. If you share your Regimens PDF report with a healthcare provider, that provider's own HIPAA obligations govern how they handle your information. We recommend reviewing your provider's privacy practices.

If you are a healthcare provider considering using Regimens with patients, please contact us at support@curiouswellnessgroup.com before doing so, as additional agreements may be required.

Cookies

Regimens uses essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Your Rights and Choices

You have full control over your data:

You may stop using Regimens at any time. Your data is deleted when you delete your account. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of sale (we do not sell data). To exercise any rights, contact support@curiouswellnessgroup.com.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data including your regimen, wellness logs, intake history, and health profile is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data may be retained for product improvement purposes.

Children

Regimens is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify users of material changes by email.
